The BIBA/PBC International and Commonwealth Championships were created to provide Championships for all boxers, regardless of country or licensing authority, as well as to provide British & Irish Boxing Authority licensed boxers an opportunity to compete for an International, or Commonwealth Championship in order for them to experience for the first time competing for International accolades, as they prepare to move forward onto the World stage – All BIBA Championships are independently operated by the Professional Boxing Council (PBC)
